Communities
Here are some highlights of several luxury communities in Scottsdale and the surrounding area, featuring many of the homes I have sold for my clients. Several of these communities include extensive amenities including golf courses. gated access, and privacy.

Grayhawk
Grayhawk has the feel of a welcoming place, while featuring all of the amenities you would find in a community with a grand master plan. Residents of Grayhawk have access to a number of features in the community, and enjoy a variety of fun and interesting activities.
For fitness buffs, the Grayhawk Trail System features over 30 miles of trails for great hiking and sight-seeing. A full basketball court is located in the Ridgecrest area of The Park, and there are two half court basketball courts in the Retreat Village. The Grayhawk Golf Club has 36 holes and is open to everyone.
Parents with children will appreciate the six different Tot Lots that are open to all residents. All of these Lots can be found in the park, and are age-specific.
Facility Rentals are available for the Raptor Room and the Talon Room of Grayhawk. Be sure to check availability. Retreat Village amenities include tennis courts and swimming pools throughout the community.
DC Ranch
DC Ranch is famously known for being the site of the Country Club at DC Ranch, North Scottsdale’s premier private golf and Country Club.
Additional amenities for fitness buffs include tennis courts, swimming pools, and various fitness classes.
A number of distinctive dining options and several social events are hosted at DC Ranch. This gives the community a sense of vibrancy and friendliness.

McDowell Mountain Ranch
Featuring the McDowell Mountain Golf Club, McDowell Mountain Ranch offers residents a luxury lifestyle and elegance with abundant views. The Club hosts weddings and events, and the Mesquite Grill is a local favorite dining spot.
The community is set within 3,200 acres of pristine Sonoran Preserve. The natural area features abundant desert wildlife, flora, and fauna. Fitness buffs will appreciate the extensive hiking trails with stunning vistas.
The community also includes the McDowell Mountain Ranch Community Association. The Association manages several facilities including the McDowell Center, Community Center, and Recreation Center. Silverleaf
Silverleaf is located in North Scottsdale, surrounded by the majestic McDowell Mountains and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The community features a private club with an 18 hole championship golf course. The Silverleaf Clubhouse features swimming and lap pools, spa facilities, locker rooms, and a variety of upscale dining spots perfect for a night out or post-game relaxation.

The Troon Country Club offers several levels of membership. The Premier level includes full access and privileges for a variety of fitness activities:

Troon Country Club’s exceptional golf course hosts several major golf events. A few of these events include the United States Mid-Amateur Championship, Arizona Open, Ping Pro Scratch, and the Merrill Lynch Shoot Out.

Eagle Mountain

Cactus Corridor
The Cactus Corridor Area is generally bound by Pima Road to the west, Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard to the east, Thunderbird Road to the north, and Shea Boulevard to the south.
